We offer 4 levels of delivery service for Mainland UK. Please note that these rates are not available to customers of Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and the Channel Islands.
Items will be received within 5 working days of receiving your order, subject to payment being cleared.
If there is likely to be a delay in the dispatch of your item we will call you to arrange an alternate delivery date. If you would not like to wait for your product you can cancel your order.
All goods over £50 are despatched using a courier and will require a signature on receipt.
All goods are shipped using Royal Mail second class. A signature is not required. A postage and packaging charge of £3.49 is applied to goods in this category.
Items will be delivered within 3 working days of receipt of order, subject to payment being cleared. If there is likely to be a delay in the dispatch of your item, we will call you to arrange an alternate delivery date and refund the fast delivery charge. You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch. A signature is required on receipt.
Items are sent via next day courier service with a charge of £12.00. Items are sent subject to payment being cleared. Items will require a signature on receipt.
If next working day delivery is not possible you will be contacted via telephone to arrange for alternative delivery (with a refund of £12.00) or full refund. If we cannot contact you via telephone, an email will be sent to you advising that we have temporarily cancelled your order until you can be contacted via phone.
Please note: Orders placed between Friday PM and the following Monday AM will be delivered on the next working day which is Tuesday. Bank Holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year are not classed as working days.
Items will be received on the following Saturday morning before 12.00, subject to payment being cleared.

If a Saturday delivery is not possible you will be contacted via telephone to arrange for alternative delivery (with a refund of £35.00) or full refund. If we cannot contact you via telephone, an email will be sent to you advising that we have temporarily cancelled your order until you can be contacted via phone.

These delivery charges apply to orders over £50, £25 - £50 orders will be sent with Royal Mail at a charge of £7.99 and orders under £25 will be sent, also with Royal Mail, at a charge of £3.99.
At this time, we are only shipping Steiff teddy bear orders to Postcodes on the Mainland UK, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, The Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. For deliveries to other Postcodes and European destinations please email us for possible shipping rates and further info.
Our delivery company will deliver between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. It is your responsibility to be available when they deliver. If you are not available they will leave a calling card for you to arrange redelivery or collection. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our courier company that are beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to late delivery.
