It has been a great year so far for all of us here at Just Teddies. We have been blessed with a great selection of Steiff Teddy bears. Even we admit that each year it gets harder and harder to decide which Steiff Teddy bears and animals to choose to sell. This choice must be even more difficult when deciding which handmade Teddy bear or animal to give to your loved one. For this reason we have compiled a list of the ten best selling Steiff products from January to October this year. Below you will find the list and links to the appropriate pages where you can purchase any of the bears. Note that three out of ten of the best sellers are limited edition or replica bears. This is a testament to the popularity of this year’s limited editions. We think that this could be because Steiff have dramatically reduced the number of each limited edition Teddy bear produced. For example only two thousand British collectors’ bears were produced this year as opposed to 6000 a couple of years ago. This could also be because of a number of design changes Steiff have made this year. The Dante and Sapphire limited edition bears were made out of materials never before used by Steiff. This resulted in the creation of two bears that are dramatically different in style and presence than in years past. Also, Steiff have expanded the range of bears that have Swarovski components, Sapphire and Pearl are two great examples of these always sort after bears. In fact the Swarovski bears are so successful that we have created an entire section on the front page dedicated to them.
